The Center for Applied Drama and Autism is hosting virtual teacher training
workshops, with techniques that can be used online and in a live setting,
beginning THIS SATURDAY, December 12.

*PHYSICAL ACTING (BODY AND VOICE)*
*Saturday, December 12*

*Body: Morning Session (9AM-noon EDT)*
Movement exercises focus on developing balance, spatial awareness,
understanding and communicating with body language. Mask work helps
students connect body language and facial expression to communicate
emotions.

*Voice: Afternoon Session (1-4PM EDT)*
Vocal exercises develop confident voices through breathing, intonation and
articulation activities, games and puppetry.

Learn how to empower students of all ages and abilities through basic
acting skills. Promote creativity and confidence through activities and
games, modified to meet the needs of individual autistic/disabled
