[NEohioPAL] Remote After School Film Program for High School Students

Now enrolling for students aged 13-18!
Want to learn the basics of how to make a movie? The Odyssey Online After School program will teach high school aged students about the fundamentals of filmmaking! Every Tuesday from 4:00-7:00 pm from March 9th to April 27th, students will engage in lectures and interactive activities conducted by an expert instructor from Cleveland State University’s School of Film & Media Arts. Outside of class, students can receive guidance from online camp counselors to help them through their creative process. Students also learn the fundamentals of film analysis by viewing curated films each week and breaking down their elements during instructor-led discussions. At the end of the program, students will have created an original short film that will be screened at an online film festival! 
Worried about missing a class? All course materials, including weekly lectures and assigned films, will be posted to an online learning portal that students will have access to throughout the program.
