*HATHAWAY BROWN THEATRE INSTITUTE - 2021 SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM*
*JUNE - JULY - AUGUST*
*HBTI 2021 training is "in person" ( masks, social distance & frequent

Hathaway Brown Theatre Institute (HBTI), now in its 9th year, is
conservatory style performing arts training for young people from 1st grade
through college. HBTI is part of the Performing Arts Department at Hathaway
Brown School in Shaker Heights, Ohio.

HBTI provides students with an immersive curriculum in drama, dance and
voice. It is a place for learning, sharing, experimenting, risking, and
seeking their artistic voices. In this positive, process oriented
atmosphere, students will have the opportunity to interact and learn
alongside working professionals in arts. This “intensive” will grow their
theater skills, increase their self-confidence, help them gain social
skills and open them to a world of possibilities and new ideas. We
collaborate to create and maintain an inclusive learning community and
foster understanding and respect for all people and multiple perspectives .
