Cleveland Public Theatre (CPT) is hiring a Production Associate, a seasonal full-time position. Position begins between June 15 and June 30 and ends on September 25, 2021. Salary range is $600-700/week based on experience and range of skills.

This role reports to the Associate Artistic Director/Director of Production. The PA oversees CPT's limited summer season, which includes performances on an outdoor stage onsite at CPT, four shows touring to the Cleveland Cultural Gardens, and Arts in August in Lincoln Park. The PA coordinates with all artists for the summer season and may undertake some stage management and basic sound set up duties. The PA will be a key team member in producing Pandemonium, CPT's renowned party-of the-year. This work will range from artist communication, basic production work, décor and crafting, and a range of other tasks. Candidates must have stage management and production experience. The successful candidate will be collaborative, eager to learn new ways of working, service oriented, and highly self-motivated. This position requires evening and weekend availability and an average of 50 hours per week. A valid driver's license is required, and regular access to a vehicle is strongly preferred. CPT programming includes up-to-date safety precautions for artists, staff, and patrons.
