Prelude2Cinema seeks artists and filmmakers for online streaming network


Prelude2cinema is seeking an artist to design a logo for our new streaming network P2CTV. The company is based in Cleveland Ohio, but with an international audience for its movies and TV series.  P2CTV is also seeking movies, TV series and shorts from all over the world. Artists and filmmakers can Contact movies at prelude2cinema.com


P2CTV began when Emmy winning writer and award winning filmmaker Alex P. Michaels pitched a project called “Blockcityp2c “ at JumpStart.


JumpStart’s mission is to unlock the full potential of entrepreneurship to transform entire communities.


Alex founded Prelude2Cinema to produce his own movies and help other filmmakers. Francesco Digiannantonio, former CFO of a large company with a background in the for profit and nonprofit world  oversees the corporate affairs of the company.


In the spring of 2020, the world shut down due to the pandemic. Yet believing “The Show Must Go On,” Prelude2Cinema pitched at the Cleveland Leadership Center event Accelerate 2021: Citizens Make Change civic pitch competition. Prelude2Cinema wanted to build a social network and sales platform to help take “Starving Artists 2 Working Artists,”


Prelude2Cinema then raised funds using a nonprofit platform named IOBY and engaged with California tech company Nogient founded by a Cleveland native. After developing the platform, it was decided the best way to help all artists was to focus on giving an audience to independent filmmakers.


Blockcityp2c morphed into P2CTV, an online streaming network that would uniquely support filmmakers by offering business and marketing tools.


The network P2CTV is subscriptions and sponsor supported. Prelude2Cinema will use a portion of the subscription fee to offer monthly grants to filmmakers and donate to food banks thus helping Starving Artists and fighting against Food inequality.
