*About this Class*

This class is perfect for any actor looking to bring more depth to their
craft OR any actor looking to start their training!
In this class, actors will learn how to approach a role through the study
and practice of foundational acting principles within a fun, safe and
creative environment. Through physical exercises, games, improvisational
work and scene analysis, the actor will be encouraged to explore expansive
and authentic behavior as it relates to the given circumstances. Although
we will be examining traditional and non-traditional methodologies, the
actor will have an opportunity to find his/her own sense of truth and
process. Ultimately, the actor will learn the importance and necessity for
truth and courage in their work as a creative artist.

*About this Class*

Kids with a flair for the dramatic, a personality made for TV, and an
unparalleled creative streak need a place to harness their natural ability
and turn them into marketable skills. That’s where we come in. Students
will master the audition process from a flawless slate to a memorable
delivery and everything in between. The class will use sides from film and
television to learn script analysis techniques and incorporate improv as
well!
Our instructor will assign material and work the actors through their
preparation for an on camera audition. Students will present their skills
on camera and watch their auditions back to receive constructive pointers
from our instructor to help build confidence and improve technique!
