[NEohioPAL] Dancer wellness workshop

Dancers ages 18+ are invited to join Cleveland Dance Project for our first
annual wellness workshop on February 6 from 10:30am-4:30pm at Above The
Barre.

Classes will include injury prevention, stretching, mindful movement,
nutrition, restorative yoga and breathwork and a lunch panel of medical
professionals including a physical therapist/dance rehab specialist,
nutritionist, and psychologist.

Registration fee is $90 and includes the full day's courses, lunch, and the
first 50 registrants will receive a goodie bag full of local wellness items
and coupons!
