[NEohioPAL] Dancer Wellness Workshop Sunday!

Dancers ages 18+ are invited to join Cleveland Dance Project for our first
annual wellness workshop this Sunday February 6 from 10:30am-4:30pm at
Above The Barre (1450 W Bagley Rd).

*Classes will include:*
Stretching/Foam Rolling with Megan Gurcze, CDP Company Ballet master & Anna
Cerveny, PT, DPT
Nutrition with Julia McPherson, RDN
Lunch Q&A/discussion panel with Cait Wallenhorst, psychology & Julia, RDN &
Anna, PT, DPT
Restorative Yoga with Jessica DiBa Bennett
Injury Prevention with Anna Cerveny, PT, DPT
Mindfulness & Movement with Molly Weiss, CDP Company artistic director

Registration fee is $90, including the full day of classes, plus lunch from
CoreLife Eatery, and a wellness tote (including a foam roller, gift
certificates for local wellness businesses, and other goodies)! Only 7
spots left!
