Need a theater with a stage and seating? I've got a direct line to one and

The location is in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Provided are pictures of the
theater (with small stage 20' x 7.5') that is 1,800 square feet with 172
seats and is handicap accessible (175 with 3 handicap  seating spaces
added).

The lobby capacity  is 150 alone.
