DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Dobama Theatre is looking to hire a dynamic new team member as Director of Operations to help lead efforts in supporting, promoting, funding, and organizing programs across the organization. Dobama is looking for a person who fits with Dobama’s culture, values, mission, and vision. The Director of Operations will manage financial tasks and processes for the theatre, assist in grant writing, and organize the day-to-day operations of the organization.
