The healing light of Reiki combined with the soothing sounds of music? Experience the ultimate meditative healing through our new collaboration featuring musician Katy La Favre.

Reiki, Japanese for "universal life energy", is a healing technique where the therapist can channel energy into the patient to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

A Sound Nap is a musical experience where the audience is invited to lie down and relax completely, entering into a tranquil state. The gentle calming music transports the listener to that special state of mind between wakefulness and sleep, causing the sense of time to completely fade away.

In this group session, you will receive a Reiki immersed Sound Nap entitled Color Moods, where the music paints the ears of the listeners with the purple notes of the Celtic harp, blue strokes of the vibraphone, and orange beats of drums.
