[NEohioPAL] The Cleveland Orchestra Seeks Host for Music Explorers Series

The Cleveland Orchestra is seeking an energetic host for our Music Explorers series designed for children aged 3-6 years old and their families at Severance Music Center's Reinberger Chamber Hall. The ideal candidate will be professional with acting experience, have an outstanding speaking and singing voice, be child-friendly, can sing simple children's songs, and work with professional musicians of The Cleveland Orchestra to showcase their instruments.



Interested Artists should provide a private YouTube video (instructions below) to demonstrate narrating and singing ability.  A sample script is attached.  Videos due August 24*.

This is a paid position for up to 8 performances from October to April on select Friday and Saturday mornings.


How to make a YouTube video 'Unlisted'
An unlisted video is a different type of private video. "Unlisted" means that only people who
know the link to the video can view it. An unlisted video will not appear in any of YouTube's
public spaces (such as search results, your channel, or the Browse page).
How to upload an unlisted video:
1. If you do not have a YouTube account, please make one
2. Sign into YouTube.
3. At the top right, select Create a video or post Upload video.
4. Select the file you'd like to upload
5. Title the video with your first and last name
6. To publish your video now: Select Publish now and choose your video's privacy
setting- "unlisted"
