* AUDITIONS FOR AMAHL AND THE NIGHT VISITORS*



*The Parma Symphony Orchestra in cooperation with Cuyahoga Community
College, Western Campus will present the Gian-Carlo Menotti opera ‘AMAHL
AND THE NIGHT VISITORS’ on December 11, 2022 in the Valley Forge High
School auditorium at 3:00 pm and 7:30 pm.*

*This production will feature a full orchestra under the direction of Dr.
Randolph P. Laycock. Vocal direction and staging will be under the
direction of Ms. Kira Seaton and Mr. John D. Roberts will serve as the
Producer of the entire production.*

*Auditions for the roles of Amahl, the Mother and the Page, will be held at
the Cuyahoga Community College, Western Campus **11000 Pleasant Valley
Road, Parma Ohio * *in room B-125 on August 27th, 2022 11am-2 pm and August
28th, 2022, 2-5 pm. The roles of the three kings have already been cast.*

* Be prepared to sing a selection of your own choosing and do some singing
from the score. Amahl candidates will be asked to sing “Don’t Cry Mother
Dear” and the mothers will be asked to sing “All that Gold“. An accompanist
will be provided. Please bring a head shot and a resume, if available.*
