feature History of Cleveland's Chinatown.

An oral history documentary about the Chinese living in Cleveland, Ohio. 
Since the 1800s, Chinese immigrants have enriched the cultural landscape 
of Cleveland, helping to build it into the richly diverse city it is 
today. This oral history takes us through some of the landmark events 
and people who have enriched the Chinese culture in the community 
through the decades.

native and award-winning producer and filmmaker, Johnny Wu, also serves 
as co-founder and co-producer of the Cleveland Asian Festival. Wu has 
done numerous speaking engagements around the country on Asian culture, 
diversity and filmmaking. There is no one better to share the history of 
AsiaTown as we now know it and tell the story of this vibrant cultural 
destination we are so lucky to have just minutes from the Chagrin 
Valley.
