      BARTENDERS & HOUSE MANAGER NEEDED

Join Dobama Theatre’s enthusiastic seasonal staff in providing excellent customer service to theater guests. 
Season runs October through May.

Compensation for House Manager: $75/shift. 

Shifts are roughly 2-3 hours, depending on play length for HM

*Excellence in customer service, professional and enthusiastic with creative problem-solving skills

*Flexibility. Hours for this position will be on nights and weekends.  Performances are on Thursdays at 7:30pm, Friday & Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2:30pm

Compensation for Bar Manager/bartender: $40/shift + tips 

Shifts for Bar Manager/bartender are 1 hour before performance through intermission. If no intermission, through start of performance. 1-2 hour commitment. (Our 1st show has no intermission)

*Previous bartending or related customer service experience is a plus, but not required.  Small, select bar offerings

*Confidence operating an electronic Point of Sale system

*Flexibility. Hours for this position will be on nights and weekends.  Performances are on Thursdays at 7:30pm, Friday & Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2:30pm

*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy, and crowded workspace


All Dobama Staff must be fully vaccinated and are required to wear a mask during shift
