YouTube Videos Showing Performing Artists Helping Soothe and Heal Mental
Health Challenges, experienced by men, women, teens and children.

In late 2021 and 2022, Judy Allen and I realized the Pandemic has caused
increased manifestation of problems resulting from life issues such as,
illness, isolation, loss of income, & other major losses, resulting in
mental health problems which may be solved in non-clinical ways. This
knowledge helped us decide to focus on mental health issues in 2022.

We wanted to highlight the issues in a different way . . . By showing how
performing artists’ use a variety of ways to help soothe and heal mental
health challenges.

So, take a look at these YouTube videos showcasing Miki Saito, Shinuobe
flautist, and Mariama Whyte, Vocalist.

Be sure to see Dr. Charles Modlin’s discussion that highlights men’s mental
health in non-clinical ways. And, in case you missed it, see the “Healing
Arts” project Preview.

The Healing Arts (THA) is a video podcast that uses the performing arts
and insights by healing arts professionals to facilitate mental, emotional
and spiritual healing in a wide variety of areas.
