This dark comedy follows Angie and Devon, an angel and a demon, in their
fight over a young human's soul while exploring life, death, and everything
that comes after.

ROLES AVAILABLE:

ANGIE (16-18) Female-identifying or Non-binary- An angel on a mission to
save the life
of Will. Type A but with much more depth than one would assume based on
first
impressions alone.

DEVON (16-18) Male-identifying, Female-identifying, or Non-binary- A demon
on a
mission to condemn the soul of Will to hell. Charismatic, “devil-may-care”
attitude but
with an inexplicable element of danger.

NOTE: This plays deals with topics of suicide, addiction, domestic abuse,
and sexual assault. Due to these heavy topics, we will only be considering
actors aged 18 and up.

Please prepare a 1-2 minute (MAX) contemporary monologue. In-person
auditions will take place on November 11th from 5:30 to 9:00 PM. Please
bring one copy of your headshot and resume.

Video submissions will be accepted until 11:59 PM November 8th. If
submitting a video, please send an unlisted YouTube link to both
accesstheatreproject at gmail.com and noelleelisecrites at gmail.com, along with

This play, while comedic in parts, ultimately deals with finding connection
and support in unlikely places. I encourage monologues that have comedic
moments while showing emotional depth.
