On Wednesday, 11/02, the Kent Trumbull Theatre and Modern Methods Brewing Company will be presenting a reading of Hey!  Where's Charlie?! By Edward J. Walsh and directed by Brian Westerley.  The reading will happen at Modern Methods Brewing Company in downtown Warren, OH.  The venue opens at 7:00pm, the reading will commence at 7:30pm.

Charlene Thompson and Justin Huth, an engaged couple, have a serious problem. Vacationing at a winter resort, Justin rented a snowmobile, which now lies damaged against a tree. Isolated by mountains and a wicked winter storm, the couple waits for rescue. Unfortunately, they have nothing to eat except for a few dog biscuits, belonging to Charlie, Charlene's beloved dog. To fend off starvation, Justin suggests Charlie could be the answer to their problem. Charlene is outraged. Charlie seems to sense something's up. As their hunger increases, what will the couple decide to do about Charlie?

To top off the festivities, we will also be holding a launch party for Ghost Light Porter, a collaboration between Kent Trumbull Theatre & Modern Methods.  Ghost Light Porter is a classic American Porter brewed with six different specialty malts for a complex flavor profile evoking chocolate, hints of nuts, and finishing with dark fruit. A moderate hop profile of Nugget and Cascade keeps Ghost Light eminently drinkable.  Additionally, a share of every pint sold is donated back to the theatre!  The label features artwork by Elijah DuPonty of Youngstown.
