*The Parma Symphony Orchestra will present the Gian Carlo Menotti opera,
Amahl and the Night Visitors, at Valley Forge High School on December 11,
2022 at 3:00 pm and 7:30 pm. This production is being done in partnership
with TRI CCC West. *

*The large cast of over 60 will feature the performers listed below:*

*The 40 piece orchestra will be under the direction of Dr. Randolph P.
Laycock and Ms. Kira Seaton is the `Stage and Musical Director. The entire
production is being produced by Mr. John D. Roberts.*

*Amahl and the Night Visitors is a retelling of the Nativity story and the
journey of the Magi from the point of view of Amahl, a crippled boy and his
mother who are on the brink of poverty. Performed in English in one 60
minute act, the opera was originally written for television and premiered
on Christmas Eve in 1951. *

*Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for students and senior citizens.
Family passes are available for $20.00 and are good for two adults and
their children. Tickets may be purchased on line in advance by going to

*The box office will be open one hour before curtain for both performances
and may be purchased using cash or credit card.*
