Calling all dancers & movers, ages 16+! Join Cleveland Dance Project & CDP
Company for a full day wellness workshop, packed with vital information to
improve career longevity, enhance performance, and keep you moving for
life!

Classes are taught by medical and movement professionals, and include
injury prevention, nutrition, mental health, Pilates, and mindful movement.

$90 fee for the day includes lunch. Discounted group rates available.
Scholarships available for those who cannot afford the fee.
