Play Synopsis:

 

Girls' Weekend is a really fun farce. It starts with a group of girls
gathered at Dot's cabin for a book club. We get a hilarious and realistic
view into the special relationships of girlfriends as they share life
problems, relations woos, secrets, and if they actually read the book! One
by one, circumstances lead the ladies to invite their husbands, boyfriends,
etc. to the cabin. But there is only one problem...Dot is REALLY looking
forward to girl time (no boys allowed). So, the women try to keep the men
hidden so as to not upset their friend. It is a farce, so naturally, the
wheels fall off a bit in Act II, and the best laid plans don't work out so
well. 

 

To find out how our heroines get on and whether or not Dot actually
discovers the men, you will have to come see it! At the end of the day, we
are witnessing women balancing the relationships they have with their
partners and with their closest friends. I am sure we can all relate to
that!
