Looking for actors 18 years of age (must be out of high school) or older.
Non-Union. Unpaid.

Akron, OH 44308

AUDITION DATES: Thursday, May 11th, 2023 from 6PM - 10PM

CALL BACKS: Thursday, May 17th, 2022 from 6PM – 10PM

SHOW INFORMATION: It’s 1955, and into a square little town in a square
little state rides a guitar-playing young man who changes everything and
everyone he meets. Loosely based on Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, this
hip-swiveling, lip-curling musical fantasy will have you jumpin’ out of
your blue suede shoes with such classics as “Heartbreak Hotel,” “Hound
Dog,” “Jailhouse Rock,” and “Don’t Be Cruel.”


Rehearsals begin: June 27th. Sundays-Thursday (Sundays 2-5 pm),
Monday-Thursday 6:30-9:30 PM (Tech Week July 30th-August 3rd will be from
6-10 pm)
Performances August 4,5, 11, 12, 18, 20, *please note there will be no
performance August 19th.


WHAT TO PREPARE: 5-minute increments. Two-cuts are needed. 16-32 measures.
Please prepare two contrasting pieces in the style of the show.
