Cleveland Play House announcing Local Auditions for the 2023-24 Season!

Cleveland Play House is looking for actors for the 2023-24 season! The season will include Thurgood, by George Stevens, Jr.; Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, by David Catlin; The Play That Goes Wrong, by Henry Lewis, Henry Shields, & Jonathan Sayer; Amadeus, by Peter Shaffer; In the Heights, Music and Lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, Book by Quiara Alegría Hudes.

Local general auditions for the season will be held on Saturday, June 24 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Monday, June 26, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

To request an audition appointment, please complete this form<https://airtable.com/shrwEX4L0af8XcHVR>.  A member of the CPH Casting Team will respond to confirm your audition appointment.

For the audition, please prepare either: 1) Two brief contrasting monologues totaling no more than three minutes; OR 2) A brief monologue and a brief song totaling no more than three minutes. An accompanist will be present; please bring sheet music if you are preparing a song. There will not be a dance call for these season auditions.

Please bring one copy of your headshot and resume with you to the audition.

Local auditions will be located at our offices, located at 1901 E. 13th St., Cleveland, OH.
