Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that you are free to move in. Please
bring your own water bottle.

Her class will focus around contemporary modern and floor work combining
the flow and freedom of modern with the athleticism of floor acrobatics.
The goal of class is transfer weight and energy in and out of the floor.
Eliza encourages all her dancers to navigate the movement in your own body
and indulge in self discovery. A fabulous opportunity for any dancer!

Eliza Frye is a NYC based dancer, choreographer and instructor. Born in
Cleveland, she started her career dancing with Cleveland companies such as
The Movement Project and Ballet Legato. After moving to New York City, some
of the artists she has worked with include Nefelaba Dance Theatre, NewBrese
Dance Project, and Drye / Marinaro Dance Company performing at spaces like
Gibney / Agnes Varis Performing Arts Center, Dixon Place and Queensboro
Dance Festival. She is currently an assistant at Broadway Dance Center.
