The Menorah Park Foundation Shining Star CLE is a competition awarding more than $18,000 in college scholarships, and students have an opportunity to sing on stage at the prestigious Mimi Ohio Theatre at Playhouse Square.

  *   All auditions must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Friday, June 30, 2023
  *   Students with 2024-2027 graduation dates from Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit and Wayne counties (home school students too) are eligible!
  *   All genres of music are welcome. There is no fee to enter.

THE FINALS PERFORMANCE: Sunday, Sept. 10, 2023 | 7 PM | Mimi Ohio Theatre at Playhouse Square

THE SCHOLARSHIPS

  *   1st Place Winner - $10,000 college scholarship plus an opportunity to perform with the Cleveland Pops Orchestra
  *   2nd Place Winner - $5,000 college scholarship
  *   3rd Place Winner - $2,500 college scholarship
  *   4th Place Winner - $1,000 college scholarship
  *   Bonus: $2,500 to the high school music department of the 1st place winner

THE CAUSE

Music and memories share a special connection and Shining Star CLE is a benefit to provide an array of memory care services and programs.
