[NEohioPAL] Ballroom instructor needed!

We are seeking a talented and motivated Female Ballroom Instructor to join
our dance studio. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Latin
ballroom styles
and have a passion for teaching and inspiring students of all skill levels.

Responsibilities:
- Teach ballroom dance classes to students of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual
students
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them
improve their skills
- Participate in studio events and performances as required

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ballroom dance instructor
- Proficiency in Latin ballroom styles such as salsa, rumba, cha-cha, and
samba
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all skill levels
- A passion for dance and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Compensation:
This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $30-$35 per
hour, based on experience and qualifications.
