Cleveland Play House (CPH) is casting local actors for the CWRU/CPH MFA Acting Program’s 2023 production of The Tempest, directed by Eleanor Holdridge. Rehearsals begin Monday, August 21, and will be held in-person during the day and on weekends, though we will do our best to schedule required rehearsals for these roles around actor work schedules. Rehearsals will take place in CPH’s rehearsal spaces, located on the fifth floors of the Middough building, at 1901 East 13th Street in downtown Cleveland.

Performances are 5 shows a week from Wednesday, September 20 – Saturday September 30 Performances will take place in-person at the Helen Theatre, located in the Playhouse Square complex.

Characters:
ALONSO – (22-30, any gender, any race/ethnicity)

FRANCISCO/ADRIAN– (22-30, any gender, any race/ethnicity). This is a combination of the characters Francisco and Adrian into one role, rather than two different characters.
