CASTING CALL

Dark Hearts Productions is pleased to announce that we are now accepting
audition submissions for our upcoming production of the full length feature
film; "THEWLIS" based on the original award winning short film with the
same title!

THEWLIS tells the story of Mike, a broken man now on the hunt for the
maniacal serial killer known only as "Thewlis" who is responsible for the
death of Mike's daughter Shelby.  Mike vows to bring Thewlis down at any
cost.

We are casting for the following roles: *All ethnicities are encouraged to
submit*

Mike: 45-50.  Tortured soul, relies on the bottle.  does not appreciate the
good things he has in his life.  After witnessing the death of his daughter
Shelby at the hands of Thewlis, he regrets his past and vows revenge on the
serial killer.

Shelby: Early-Mid 20s, Lives with her father Mike.  She is the breadwinner
of the house and deals with the stress of her dad being a drunk.

Jonah: 50-60s, Father of Kerry.  He is well-liked and always has a pleasant
smile on his face.  he dislikes drama but always willing to help his
daughter

Josh: Late 20s-early 30s, Son of Colter.  Bad and cold hearted like his
father but deep down he is not as tough as he pretends to be.

Sabrina: 18-20, works at the local mini mart unsure of her path in life.
tired of her mom questioning her every move.

Joey: mid 20s, A Co-worker of Sabrina.  Slaves away 9-5 everyday waiting to
clock out and get drunk.

Megan: 30s, Lawyer and best friend to Kerry.  Hates Kerry's husband and
ecstatic to serve him divorce papers.

Tobie: 30s, girlfriend of Colter, loves being with him but when he goes
back to his old Mob ways, she warns him he may never see her again.

Union Status: Non-Union
Compensation: All Roles Are Paid but budget is limited.
Filming set to begin in April 2024 - Dates TBD

All Auditions will be done by video submission
