[NEohioPAL] Talespinner Children's Theatre Presents Stellaluna

Talespinner Children's Theatre is thrilled to kick off our 2023-2024 “In My
Neighborhood” Season with Stellaluna, lovingly adapted by Saskia Janse from
the beloved children’s book by Janell Cannon, with music by Guus Ponsioen,
and directed by Becca Martin. Baby bat Stellaluna’s life is knocked off
balance when an owl attacks her mother one night. The tiny bat is lucky
enough to land in a nest of baby birds, but her whole world has just turned
upside down. Literally! Stellaluna’s adoptive bird mom accepts her into her
nest, but only on the condition that Stellaluna will act like a bird, not a
bat. Anyone who has ever been asked to be someone they’re not will
understand the conflicts and possibilities Stellaluna faces.

This family-friendly production performs at Pilgrim UCC in Tremont from
October 14-22: Saturdays at 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm, and Sundays at 3:00 pm. An
ASL interpreted performance will be on October 22nd made possible by the
HEARD, and open captions will be available on October 22nd, and for the
1:00 performance on Saturday October 21st.

All tickets are Pay-What-You-Choose. Tickets can be reserved in advance at
talespinnercle.org/tickets, or at the door as seats remain available.
