[NEohioPAL] HOUSE MANAGER POSITION ($28 Per Hour) - Makeshift Theatre in Akron seeks manager for part-time, hybrid position

Makeshift Theatre in Akron is seeking a House Manager for a part-time contract with flexible hours, and work-from-home optional.  This position is for an independent contractor who will work on an hourly basis for six months beginning January 2024. The expectation is 10-20 hours per work at $28 per hour with no benefits of paid leave.



Duties include: set up, install and manage hardware and software for scheduling, ticketing, inventory of concessions and equipment, updating social media and the theatre’s website, also attending performances, assisting performers, selling tickets and concessions and supervising janitorial services.



Skills required: competent use of Office 365 and comparable software, computer functions, website updates and social media. Works well with diverse groups. Works independently, reliable, and articulate.
