[NEohioPAL] Paid Choreographer Opportunity

Cleveland Dance Project is seeking choreographers for our Season 13
showcase! We welcome all styles of dance for our showcase, seeking to
create the most diverse show we can.  Dances must be short works, under 4
minutes. Choreographers are expected to hold 90 minute rehearsals
consisting of 20-30 minutes warm up/technique and 60 minutes of rehearsal
for 9-12 weeks.

*Compensation includes:*
*monetary stipend
*small costume budget ($15/dancer)
*professional video & photo from performance
*free rehearsal space during allotted time period and discounted access to
CDP studios for other personal projects
*50% off CDP tuition if they choose to perform in other pieces

All rehearsals are held at CDP's studio in Independence. Dances are cast
with adult dancers who show up to open auditions, broken down by level from
beginner to professional. Pieces will be showcased on Saturday April 20 to
an audience of approximately 1000.
