HAPPY NEW YEAR from the HAPPY ENDING LYRIC PLAYERSCalling all ACTORS, SINGERS, and DANCERS! FACT: In the Andrew Lloyd Weber-Tim Rice "rock opera" Jesus Christ Superstar the Men's and Women's Ensembles (Chorus) is active in 18 of the 23 musical numbers.
FACT: In 16 of those 18 musical numbers the Men's and Women's Ensembles dance and/or move within their capabilities, and enjoy singing one or more of the many solo lines available.
FACT: Performing to the music of the 27-member Chagrin Valley Studio Orchestra in the beautiful 500-seat Gothic Sanctuary of the First Baptist Church in Shaker Heights, OH is a treat you won't find with every community theater.
FACT: If you are available, and want to participate in this mega-production for the theater experience of a lifetime, director G. Michael (Mike) Skerritt wants to hear from you.  Rehearsals start Saturday, January 13 at 2 PM at the church at 3630 Fairmount Boulevard in Shaker Hts.
SCHEDULE: Rehearsals 2-5 PM Saturdays & Sundays, 7-9:30 PM Tuesdays & Wednesdays start Jan. 13.Performances 7:30 PM Fridays March 15 & 22, 7:30 PM Saturdays March 16 & 23, 2 PM Sundays March 17 and 24.
FACT: Singing and dancing are helpful and healthful activities when Old Man Winter keeps you from your warm weather diversions. Don't let the NE Ohio clouds and snow get you down!
