Independence Community Theater announces Auditions for
*Murder On The Orient Express *

Performances: May 3, 4, 10, 11, 12 (matinee), 17 & 18.

Rehearsals: Monday - Thursday 7:00-9:30 and will start on March 11th, 2024.

Tech Sunday: April 21st. Dress Run Week: April 28-May 2nd. There are no
absences allowed during these dates.

Auditions will take place on Sunday, February 18th between 2pm-5pm and
Monday, February 19th between 7:30pm-9pm at 6652 Brecksville Rd,
Independence, Ohio.

We believe theater is for everyone and strive for diversity and inclusion
in casting. We encourage actors of all ethnicities, races, gender
identities, ages, body types, and abilities to audition.

*Synopsis*
Just after midnight, a snowdrift stops the Orient Express in its tracks.
The luxurious train is surprisingly full for the time of the year, but by
the morning it is one passenger fewer. An American tycoon lies dead in his
compartment, stabbed eight times, his door locked from the inside. Isolated
and with a killer in their midst, the passengers rely on detective Hercule
Poirot to identify the murderer – in case he or she decides to strike again.
