TheAcademy for Dramatic Arts in Olmsted Falls announces their Summer TheatreWorkshops.

Earlybird registration is now open!

Join AFDA this summer and let your creativity soar! Oureducational experiences will help you expand your performing skills and havefun! Two opportunities are available.

One Act Workshop

Perfectfor the new or experienced actor. Students will learn and refine the basics ofbuilding a character, stage presence, blocking, props, and set design throughan abbreviated rehearsal process while working on a one-act play. The classculminates in a one-afternoon-only performance on the final day of camp. Register for one or BOTH!

Forrising fourth through eighth graders. Cost: $85 an artist.

Session A -June 24-28

Session B-July 8-12 
9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

 

MusicalTheatre Workshop

Helpcreate, write, and star in your own musical! You’ll have one month to puttogether everything from music to props, choreography, and set. It allconcludes with a two-night performance for your friends and family. 

Forrising eighth through twelfth graders. Cost: $100 an artist.

 

June 9-July 13
Sundays and Wednesdays.
