“Tuesdays with Morrie”, Mar. 1, 7 – 9:30 pm; Mar. 3, 1 – 2:30 pm
“Clue: On Stage”, Mar. 1, 7 – 9:30 pm; Mar. 3, 5:30 – 7 pm



MADISON, OH – Auditions for Rabbit Run Theater’s productions of “Tuesdays
with Morrie” and “Clue: On Stage” are this weekend.



“Tuesdays with Morrie”, is the autobiographical story of Mitch Albom, a
journalist, and his former college professor, Morrie Swartz.  Years after
graduation and upon learning that Morrie has Lou Gehrig’s disease, Mitch is
reunited with his old college profession.  What starts as a simple visit
turns into a weekly pilgrimage and a last class in the meaning of life.



“Tuesday with Morrie” is written by Jeffrey Hatcher and Mitch Albom and
based on the book by Mitch Albom.  Directed by Ann Hedger, the show runs
from June 14 through June 28.



There are two roles available for men, ages mid-30’s through mid-60’s.
Auditions for “Tuesdays with Morrie” are Friday, Mar. 1 from 7 to 9:30 p.m.
and Sunday, Mar. 3 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.



“Clue:  on Stage”, is based on the screenplay by Jonathan Lynn and is
written by Sandy Rustin with additional material by Hunter Foster and Eric
Price.  It is also based on the Paramount Motion Picture and the Hasbro
board game, CLUE.

“Clue: On Stage” opens Aug. 2 and runs through Aug. 24 and is rated for
general audiences.

This production is directed by Bob Kilpatrick.  There are multiple female
and male roles available for ages 18 and up, and it is rated for general
audiences.

Auditions for “Clue:  On Stage” are Friday, Mar. 1 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. and
Sunday, Mar. 3 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Actors auditioning for a non-musical do not need to prepare a monologue as
actors will read sides from the script.  Actors should dress business
casual (jeans are acceptable, no sweatpants).



All auditions are at Rabbit Run Community Arts Association, 49 Park St.,
Madison, OH.  Auditions are by appointment only.  To schedule an

Rabbit Run Theater is one of the few barn theaters remaining in Ohio and is
open every summer from the beginning of June through the end of August.
The theater is located at 5648 W. Chapel Rd., Madison.



RRCAA is a comprehensive fine arts association offering year-round
instruction in all the major disciplines of the fine and performing arts
and also operates Rabbit Run Theater.  Partial funding is provided by the
Ohio Arts Council, Hearn Plumbing and Heating, Huffman-Mayer-Paolo Wealth
Management Group, Junction Auto and Northern Ohio Buick GMC Dealers and
Remarkable Lake County.
