[NEohioPAL] Volunteers Needed for Near West Theatre

Hello!

            *Near West Theatre is still currently looking for volunteers
for our next show The Prom*. We are currently looking for volunteers to
help with ushering, ticket scanning, concessions, playbills, and assistant
box office. I have also included the link to sign up for that as well.
Volunteers do get a chance to see the performance on the day they volunteer
at, as well as earn volunteer stars which lead to different NWT
incentives.

*Opportunities to gain stars come from: *

•            Volunteering one night out of our 5 shows within the season (
BKLYN, The Prom ECT.)

•            NWT Benefit

•            Queer Prom

•            Random extra volunteer shifts

•            Bringing someone who has never volunteered before.

*How our point star system works:*

•            Performer (10 Stars)-water bottle

•            Designer (20 Stars)-t-shirt or beanies

•            Director (30 Stars)-Near West Theatre gift card and special
volunteer badge (50 dollars)

•            Producer (40 Stars) tickets for Stage Fright.

•            NWT Superstar (50 Stars)-Consideration for volunteer of the
year/Spotlight in next season’s playbill plus all other prizes leading up
to this.



*We will also be having a Volunteer Training Night on Thursday, April 11th
 at 5:30pm*. This will give volunteers an opportunity to go over our tablet
systems, set up the café areas, restock concessions, and go over any
questions you may have about volunteering plus you’ll get the chance to
watch the final dress rehearsal prior to opening night.
