_Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley_

Auditions: Tuesday, August 13 and Wednesday, August 14 from 7-9PM

Show Dates:  Nov. 8 - Dec. 8, 2024 (no performance on Thanksgiving, Nov. 
28) on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8PM and Sunday at 2PM

Story: A sequel to Jane Austen's _Pride and Prejudice_ set two years 
after the novel ends, _Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley_ continues 
the story, only this time with bookish middle-sister Mary as its 
unlikely heroine. Mary is growing tired of her role as dutiful middle 
sister in the face of her siblings' romantic escapades. When the family 
gathers for Christmas at Pemberley, an unexpected guest sparks Mary's 
hopes for independence, an intellectual match, and possibly even love.

Characters: 3 men, 5 women

Additional information can be found on our Audition Page [1].  Please 
bring a resume and headshot, if available. If you don't have a headshot, 
Clague will take one at auditions. Please complete our online Audition 
Form [2].   When completed, please print and bring with you to the 
audition.

Open auditions will be cold readings from the script.  No appointment is 
necessary.  Auditions will be held at Clague Playhouse.  A limited 
number of perusal scripts are available at the Clague Playhouse Box 
Office, Wednesday - Saturday 1-6PM, for a $10 deposit through Aug. 10, 
2024.
