The Vocal Series is Back! 

Know a teacher, counselor, podcaster, speaker, singer, performer, or anyone who uses their voice as a key aspect of their career or livelihood? Please share with them! 

Have you ever considered the importance of your voice and vocal health? Our voices are one of our main sources and resources for sharing information professionally and personally. Understanding proper care and wellbeing of our vocal cords is a vital component of health. 

This meaningful 3-part series offers education, awareness, and activities focused on voice - internally and externally. 

Series led by Vocal Expert and Certified Yoga Instructor, Julia Mihalich, in conjunction with De Novo Wellness. 

Part I - Your Vocal Health - Basic Vocal Wellness (2 hour duration)
Part II - The Vulnerable Voice - Embrace and Embody Your Unique Voice (2 hour duration)
Part III - Movement + Vibration - Discover the Healing Nature of Movement & Sound Waves (1.5 hour duration)

    Part I and Part II of the series will be held November 16th. Part 1 starts at 10:00 am and Part II starts at 2:00 pm with a lunch break in between.
Part III will be held November 8th at 7pm.
The workshops will take place at De Novo Wellness studio: 9222 SR 44, Mantua, OH.
