The Enchanted Lodge: Tales of the Winter Spirits, an exclusive, immersive
dining and theatrical experience where fine dining meets the magic of the
winter season. Hosted by the Secret Supper Club, this seasonal event
combines multi-course plates, award-winning cocktails, and interactive
storytelling.

We are seeking multiple designers and performers to join our team.

About the Event

The Enchanted Lodge invites guests into a cozy, mystical lodge where winter
spirits weave their stories. The event features interactive performances,
dynamic visuals, and an enchanting wintery atmosphere.

Event Dates: (**Please consider submitting even with conflicts for
performances, rehearsals, and tech. We may be able to work around your
schedule/utilize understudies!)

   -

   Performances: December 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29
   -

      Fridays: 5:30 PM–7:30 PM, 8:30 PM–10:30 PM
      -

      Saturdays & Sundays: 4:30 PM–6:30 PM, 7:30 PM–9:30 PM
      -

      16 performances total; 2 shows per night for 8 nights
      -

   Rehearsals: December 5–9 (exact times TBD, flexible based on actor
   availability)
   -

   Tech Week: December 10–14 (exact times TBD, flexible based on artist
   availability)

Open PositionsACTORS:

We are looking for actors to fill roles in The Enchanted Lodge. Actors are
needed for a few rehearsals, tech week, and show dates. However, partial
availability may work out. Please consider still auditioning even if you
can’t make a few tech or show dates!

Roles:

   -

   Narrator (double cast): - Stipend $1200 (split two ways depending on how
   many shows actors are available for)
   -

      50s-70s, male-presenting, any race
      -

      Warm and engaging; guides guests through the journey
      -

      Must be able to memorize many large paragraphs
      -

      **This role will be double cast, we will be diving the shows between
      the two actors depending on availability, pay will be split based on that
      ratio (ie. if each actor ends up doing 8 out of the 16 performances, they
      will each get $600).
      -

   Swing: - Stipend $400
   -

      20s-30s, any gender, any race
      -

      Flexible performer ready to step into the following two roles:
      -

         Fox: Clever, sly, and charming, the Fox keeps the guests grounded
         with wit and a touch of mischief
         -

         Sprite: Energetic, curious, and whimsical, the Sprite radiates
         excitement and magic, drawing guests into the tales with wide-eyed
         enthusiasm.

Requirements:

   -

   Availability for rehearsals, tech, and show dates.
   -

      Please submit even with PARTIAL availability for rehearsals, tech,
      and shows. We may be able to work around conflicts with understudies and
      doubles.
      -

   Strong improvisational skills and ability to interact with an audience.
   -

   Memorization skills for short script (under 20 pages) - particularly the
   narrator role


DESIGNERS:

We are looking for designers to help craft the immersive world of The
Enchanted Lodge. Designers are needed for a few meetings prior to tech week
and varying availability during tech. No designers are needed for the
performances.

   -

   Lighting Designer: - Stipend $600
   -

      Create approx 15-30 cues, provide basic/small light plot for the
      space. SSC has a set of fixtures available for the production,
small budget
      for potential rentals.
      -

      Must have full tech week availability
      -

   Sound Designer: - Stipend $400


   -

   Create 4 main atmospheric soundscapes for the lodge
   -

   Create 10-20 cues with some small sound effects to move the plot along,
   in addition to the 4 atmospheric soundscapes
   -

   Must have partial tech week availability


   -

   Costume Designer: - Stipend $300
   -

      Develop costumes for our 3 major characters. Build if needed, source
      materials and conduct fittings with actors, very simple process, small
      budget.
      -

      No tech availability needed, just design and fittings approved by
      director
      -

   Projection Designer: - Stipend $200
   -

      Create 4-6 “looks” for use on the ceiling in the space throughout the
      show.
      -

      Must have partial tech week availability

Requirements: Designers should have prior experience in theater, immersive
events, or related creative projects, with strong technical skills in their
respective disciplines. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with
the production team to integrate your designs into the storytelling.
Availability for some production meetings and varying tech week
availability is required, though we encourage you to submit even with
conflicts. Creativity, resourcefulness, and a passion for crafting unique,
engaging environments are essential.
