Feb 1 at Cleveland Dance Project, with classes & seminars from 3-7pm,
followed by a community mixer 7-9pm.

3:15-3:55 self trigger point release for pain management with Dr. Anna
Cerveny, PT, DPT
3:55-4:25 rethinking self care with Delaney Jones, MSSA, LSW
4:30-5:15 mat pilates with Lauren Stenroos, Cleveland Ballet's rehearsal
director
5:15-6:00 Bloom body neutrality with Caiti Basler, AFAA-CGFI, DMA, STOTT-IMP
6:00-7:00 Puppy yoga with Jessica Bennett and the pups of Geauga Mama Dogs
& Pups Rescue

Full day early bird rate = $65
Full day rate after 12/31 = $75
Puppy yoga only = $30
Single class (other than puppy yoga) = $20
Community mixer only = $10
