Feb 1 at Cleveland Dance Project, with classes & seminars & puppy yoga from
3-7pm, followed by a community mixer 7-9pm, sponsored by Mingle Mocktails

3:15-3:55 Self trigger point release for pain management with Dr. Anna

3:55-4:25 Rethinking self care with Delaney Jones, MSSA, LSW
4:30-5:15 Mat Pilates with Lauren Stenroos, Cleveland Ballet's rehearsal
director
5:15-6:00 Bloom body neutrality with Caiti Basler, AFAA-CGFI, DMA, STOTT-IMP
6:00-7:00 Puppy yoga with Jessica "DiBa" Bennett and the pups of Geauga
Mama Dogs & Pups Rescue

Full day = $75
Puppy yoga only = $30 (includes community mixer)
Single class (other than puppy yoga) = $20
Community mixer only = $10
