[NEohioPAL] Summer Drama Therapy Groups & Workshops

Hi everyone,

I have two upcoming drama therapy events this summer in case anyone is looking for some outlets.  One is a one-off 90 minute stress relief workshop July 12th using drama therapy, and the other is a six week closed group series for creativity and impasse. I’m hoping for at least four participants for each to happen.  The drama therapy method to be used is Developmental Transformations.

Here are the group descriptions:

Embodied Stress Relief Workshop, July 12, 2025 1:30pm-3:00pm

This introductory to embodied drama therapy workshop is designed to provide a space for those looking for an embodied, playful approach to themselves and relationship.  Focus of this 1.5 hour group will be on a developmental process for participants to connect with themselves and connect with others to ease stress outside of the group space.  This group is a single offering, and does not require long term commitment.  Cost of the workshop is $40 per participant.  Pre-registration is required to participate. 

Creativity and Impasse Closed Group Series, July 19, 2025- August 30, 2025 (with one week off on August 9), 1:30-2:30pm

Do you have a creative project that is stuck in an in between place?  Join me for an ongoing workshop series on the creative process and impasse.  This will be a weekly closed workshop starting sometime midsummer held either Saturday afternoons or Thursday nights.  This series is designed to help creatives get in touch with themselves, their creative self, and others to unlock stuck places and help them get into motion.  This workshop series will utilize creative arts therapies, including embodied drama therapy, writing, and visual arts.  You do not have to be a “professional artist” in any medium to participate.  6 weeks $180 total, $30 per week, can be paid weekly or in full prior to start of series.  Workshop to be held in office in Cleveland, OH.
