[NEohioPAL] Imposters Mainstage Sketch Show - Writer Submissions & Actor Auditions

Announcing the 2025 Imposters Mainstage Sketch Show!
This July, we are reviewing submission packets and auditioning actors for a
brand new monthly Imposters Mainstage Sketch Show! The three-month run of
shows will begin in September.

Writer submission packets are due July 16th, 2025 by 5 PM.

Your submission packet should include 2-3 sketches and be a maximum of 15
pages in pdf format.

At least 2 sketches should be written for the stage.

To remain anonymous from our submission reviewers,* please exclude your
name from the contents of your submission packet.* The file name should
include your first and last name.

Your submission will be reviewed by the artistic director, show director,
and industry professionals.

Actor auditions will take place Saturday, July 26th between 3:30-5:30pm.

*There are limited audition spots*. If you are invited to audition, you
will receive a confirmation email by Thursday July 24th with your audition
time.

You should prepare a 1-2 minute character monologue. It can be an original
piece or previously published/performed. You will also do a cold reading of
a sketch.

If we do not have an audition spot for you, or you are not available for
the in person auditions, you may submit a video. Please email info at

The audition committee will consist of the artistic director, show
director, and one other staff member.

*Individuals are welcome to submit as both writers and actors as long as
they can commit to all rehearsal, performance, and writers room
obligations.*

We are filling a limited number of spots. We strive to guarantee that
*everyone* has the opportunity to perform at Imposters Theater and we want
to stress that *auditions and submissions are not the only way to get
involved at our theater*. If you are not selected for this show, we
