[NEohioPAL] AUDITIONS: POE IS DEAD, A New Musical

Auditions for POE IS DEAD, A new musical in development.We are looking for an ensemble of 4 male presenting and 4 female presenting actors/singers.We are in the third draft of the script and score.  We are casting for aworkshop presentation/performance to be held at Western Reserve Playhouse inRichfield Ohio on October 17 and 18. Must be available for rehearsals startingSeptember 15. 

In person auditions are 8/25, 8/26, 6:30-9 at Western ReservePlayhouse, 3326 Everett Rd, Richfield, OH 44286.  Sign up for an auditionslot HERE. When in person, please refrain from heavy perfumes or colognes.  It is aclose space, and we want everyone to be able to do their best.

A video audition may be submitted no later than 8/20. Emailfile to qbpdeb at gmail.com. Prepare 16 barsof any song you feel shows your best actor/singer/storytellerself. Accompanist will be provided.  You may be asked to sing fromthe score. Please provide a resume and headshot if you have them. (You can alsoemail them prior to the audition).

Callbacks, if needed, will be held 8/27. (If you submitted avideo you may be asked to come in person on the 27th.)

This is a work in progress, and we hope to take another giantstep toward a finished product.  If you are up for an exciting andcreative journey, please audition!
