CHAGRIN VALLEY LITTLE THEATRE PRESENTS SHREK THE MUSICALA Swamp-Tacular
Adventure for the Whole Family Opens November 14
*CHAGRIN FALLS, OH (November 3, 2025)* – Chagrin Valley Little Theatre
(CVLT) invites audiences to venture into the swamp this holiday season with
its production of *SHREK THE MUSICAL*, running November 14 through December
14, 2025, at the historic theatre located at 40 River Street in Chagrin
Falls.

- *Fridays & Saturdays* at 7:30 PM: Nov. 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29; Dec. 5,
12, 13
- *Sunday Matinees* at 2:00 PM: Nov. 23, 30**; Dec. 7, 14

Based on the Oscar®-winning DreamWorks Animation film and William Steig's
beloved book, this hilarious and heartwarming musical adventure brings
everyone's favorite ogre, his wisecracking Donkey sidekick, and a feisty
princess to life on stage. Featuring a Tony Award-nominated score by
Jeanine Tesori with book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire, *SHREK THE
MUSICAL* delivers catchy songs, dazzling costumes, and a powerful message
about acceptance and finding your true self.
CVLT's production is directed by Chris Bizub with music direction by Heidi
Herczeg and choreography by Lauren Stepanski. Cindee Catalano and Nancy
Rogoff serve as Producers. Brittany Bizub is Stage Manager and Assistant
Costume Designer. The technical team includes Steven M. Savanyu as
Technical Coordinator overseeing audio and set construction, Marcus Dana as
Lighting Designer, Kelsey Tomlinson as Costume Designer, and Cassie
Perlatti as Makeup Designer. Julia DiPaolo serves as Dance Captain.
"This production is perfect for families looking for quality entertainment
this holiday season," said Director Chris Bizub. "It's a joyous celebration
that reminds us all that beauty comes from within."
The show features a talented cast bringing the beloved characters to life,
including Tom Jones as Shrek, Caralyn Steck as the feisty princess Fiona,
Kaitlyn Poschner as the wisecracking Donkey, and Cameron Zona as Lord
Farquaad. The principal lineup also includes Jessie Pollak in the combined
role of Dragon. Surrounding the main characters is a motley crew of
fairytale misfits performed by the extensive ensemble. This group includes
Luna Cardamone as Gingy, Julia DiPaolo as Pinocchio, and youth performers
Mila Cook as Young Fiona and Colton Burg as Young Shrek/Baby Bear.
Other familiar characters of the fairytale world are played by an ensemble
that includes Brandon Anders (Captain of the Guard / Pied Piper), Amy
Balsinger (Wicked Witch), Shelby Bodzin (Little Pig), Greta Elizabeth Geib
(Cheshire Cat), T.J. Hayes (Papa Bear/Thelonius), Gregory Karulin (Big Bad
Wolf), Felicia Larson (Mad Hatter), Pyro Lennerth (Humpty Dumpty), Robin
Mango (Little Pig/Blind Mouse), Brittany Morehouse (Mama Bear), Michela
Palma (Elf), Devan Panigrahi (Ugly Duckling), Katie Remark (Sugar Plum
Fairy), Noelle Rudersdorf (Little Pig / Blind Mouse), Loren Sciulla (White
Rabbit), Melanie Scott (Fairy Godmother), Caitrin Claddagh Stark (Puss in
Boots), and Megan Verrona (Teen Fiona/Peter Pan).
SHREK THE MUSICAL is presented through special arrangement with Music
Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also
