Join CDP Company for our 5th annual dancer wellness workshop on Sunday
January 11 at Cleveland Dance Project, with classes & seminars from
11:30-3:45pm. Classes include mindful meditation with Molly Weiss, CDP Co
board president; Stress Management with Jessica Bennett (Clinical Mental
Health Counselor Masters student); Pilates Fusion with Claire Monda (owner
of Momentum Fitness); Homeopathy for Dancers with Dr. Jane Li-Conrad, DO &
homeopath; Proper Warm Up & Stretching with Dr. Anna Cerveny, PT, DPT; and
puppy yoga with Jen Fiala and the pups of Geauga Mama Dogs & Pups Rescue
($20 of each ticket goes to the rescue)

Full day early bird rate before 12/31 $65
