*Creative Studio Space Available for Rent*

The *Houde School of Acting* is opening its beautiful studio space to
fellow creatives looking for a welcoming, professional place to work.

Located in the well-maintained *Bloch Building on E. Superior Ave. in
downtown Cleveland*, our space is thoughtfully designed, versatile, and
ideal for a variety of creative uses. While we currently offer 26 classes
per week, the majority of our programming is online—leaving the studio
available during the day and on *Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
evenings*. The only exceptions being during special workshops, shows, or
our annual Summit in August.

This space is especially well-suited for:

   - Filmmakers (with *3–6 easily adaptable set areas*)
   - Photographers
   - Independent yoga or meditation instructors
   - Creative professionals seeking a consistent, inspiring workspace

We’re excited to share our space with individuals or small groups who value
clear communication, mutual respect, and a collaborative creative
environment.
