This epic/mini-operetta explores the age-old tension between Potato-Europe
and Tomato-Europe. Karfuffle in Parmadoro is a new, timely, 'historically
accurate' comic operetta from the rock star neutral chamber music ensemble
Malphonia. Audiences will witness the arrival of new foods to an olde,
hungry, unchanging world, and the chaos that ensues. Combining elements of
Vaudeville, burlesque, Cleveland television, and Brechtian epic theater,
this show will get you up out of your seat and 'throwing back' - further
explanation upon paid admission. Join us for the Event of the (16th)
Century as we musically navigate through the backlash to embrace the
inevitability of change!
