part of the ensemble.
VOCAL RANGE :Tenor/ Baritone

SASHA and BORIS : Friends of Fyedka . Small Acting Roles . Definite Presence . VOCAL RANGE : Tenor . Sing In the song " To Life"

FIDDLER (Male or Female) Small in stature . Appears occasionally in scenes with Tevye . Can play the fiddle .

Fiddler on the Roof tells the story of Tevye, a Jewish milkman in 1905 Russia, who struggles to maintain his Jewish traditions as his three oldest daughters challenge the custom of arranged marriages by falling in love with men of their own choosing. Amidst generational and cultural conflict, his family and their community face escalating anti-Semitic pressure that ultimately forces them to leave their village and the only home they have ever known.
