*Akron, Ohio, March 7, 2026*. The human voice takes center stage at the *2026
Ohio Open Beatbox Battle*, a one-of-a-kind live competition showcasing the
art, athleticism, and innovation of modern beatboxing. This electrifying
event will take place on *Saturday, March 7, 2026*, at *The Matinee*,
beginning promptly at *7:00 PM*.

Widely regarded as one of the only events of its kind in Northeast Ohio,
the Ohio Open Beatbox Battle brings together more than 40 pre-registered
competitors for an evening of solo, head-to-head, single-elimination
battles judged by nationally recognized champions.

The event features:

   - 40+ pre-registered beatboxers
   - Solo, bracket-style competition
   - National-level judge showcases
   - Cash prizes and championship title
   - High-energy, live audience experience

This year’s judging panel includes elite artists from across the country:
